At the annual Honors in Education Gala, the Ken Garff for Good Award was presented to outstanding educators and businesses making a meaningful difference in their communities. Through a rigorous nomination process, just 20 K–12 educators and 5 businesses were selected for this prestigious honor.

We are incredibly proud to share that Mrs. Mollie Eddy was one of the 20 educators recognized!

Her colleagues shared why she is so deserving of this award:

"She was recognized for her above-and-beyond efforts to connect with others and create a meaningful learning experience for every student."

"Mollie is like a ray of sunshine. The room lights up when she walks in. She is kind-hearted, genuinely cares about everyone, and I am lucky to have her as a colleague."

Mrs. Eddy received her award on July 7 and will be featured in the Deseret News on July 17.
