What an exciting and adventure-filled few weeks it has been in fourth grade!
Our fourth graders have been busy learning, creating, exploring, and having an absolute blast through so many incredible hands-on activities and projects! From exciting STEM challenges that got students thinking like engineers and inventors, to stepping back in time during our Mountain Man Rendezvous, these students have been fully engaged every step of the way.
Students also worked hard researching and presenting their county reports, showing off their creativity, teamwork, and all the knowledge they’ve gained. We are so proud of the effort, enthusiasm, and amazing work our fourth graders put into every project!
Learning has definitely been full of fun, adventure, and unforgettable memories these past few weeks. Great job, fourth grade! One of fifth grade's favorite end-of-year traditions took flight last week as we got to build and launch paper rockets! The excitement was sky-high as students designed, tested, and launched their creations soaring through the air.
A huge THANK YOU to Mr. Hanoseck, also known as Mr. Bowtie, for coming and sharing his awesome rocket fun with our students! Not only did he help us and give us tips on how to make our rockets soar, but he also brought out the crowd favorite… CANDY ROCKETS!

Despite the weather trying to slow us down, our Family Night was an incredible success! The smiles, laughter, and school spirit shined brighter than anything!
Thanks to this amazing community, we didn’t just have fun… we reached ALL of our Penny Wars goals!! What an accomplishment!

Inspired by her unique abstract style, we created our own self-portraits full of bold colors, patterns, and personality. Fifth grade had an amazing Track & Field Day at the high school! The students showed incredible energy, effort, and sportsmanship while competing in a variety of events—and they had an absolute blast cheering each other on.
We are especially proud of our athletes who placed in the races! Our school earned 1st and 3rd place in the girls’ 200-meter dash and 4th place in the girls’ 100-meter dash. What an outstanding accomplishment!

Ms. Price’s class recently earned a special “Favorites” activity as a reward for their outstanding behavior in specialty classes. Students were invited to bring and share some of their favorite things, and even Ms. Price joined in on the fun!
The class also enjoyed a special visit from Ms. Price’s daughter, Addie, which made the day even more memorable.
It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate positive choices, build classroom community, and learn more about one another. We are so proud of this class for consistently demonstrating respect, responsibility, and kindness. Way to go! #barnettbulldogs 🐾
